In just a few days i will be on vacation and i am soo looking forward to it. The build up has been hard as we are a family of six and we are going camping. so i have been washing, organising and trying to finish projects.
I am at a baby shower today for a friend and i am so excited to give her the blanket i have made. Also i have another friend that i have posted a blanket for her little bundle of joy soon to be born. I am loving the baby boom this year it seems that when i was pregnant just over a year ago the were nobody else pregnant too. Now this year i have had two births and four more to come. I am going to be busy for a while.
After my break away i am concentrating on writing my pattern for my Caron cake over sized sweater sizes S,M,L i have finished the large size which uses two Caron cakes. It is made with a large hook so its will be ideal for spring/ summer. My inspiration for the sweater is that, in the summer we go camping and it is great to have something warm to put on in the evenings. I have some revising to do because my garment is bigger than my original chain length. I have to decide now if i want to frog and start again or use a new skein. As i said this will wait until after my holiday.
